Valerie Richardson (Val) worked for many years in the banking business.  Her positions during her career in banking included customer service and head teller.  Val is great at multitasking and enjoys interacting with the customers and technicians at RSI.  You can always rely on Val to address any issues and follow-up to make sure that our customers have been taken care of.
